How to Request Your Georgia Driving Record

You can request your Georgia driving record in person, by mail, or online.  

Follow these instructions to request your Georgia driving record online.  You may obtain either a certified or non-certified record, and the fee is either $6 (for a 3-year history) or $8 (for a 7-year history).  

You may request your driving record in person at any Georgia Department of Driver Services office.  You will need to have the completed Request for Motor Vehicle Record form, photo ID, and payment.

You may also mail your request.  Send the completed Request for Motor Vehicle Record form (or a letter containing the same information), and payment to:
