Arrests in Fairfax County Rental Property Scams

Fairfax County Police issued a press release identifying two men they arrested for allegedly accepting cash from victims who thought they were renting property from the suspects.  The men apparently listed properties on Craig's List as available, inexpensive rental properties and accepted cash from a 38 year-old woman, and from an undercover officer.  The properties did not belong to the suspects, and, in fact, were in foreclosure.
