DC Government Will Grow Their Own Weed for Medical Marijuana

DC Government will Grow their own weed and the liquor board will be in charge of the Medical Marijuana program, slated to begin on January 1, 2011

Dispensaries will be licensed by the cities, with licenses granted in accord with typical DC tradition (friends of council, of course).   

Doctors have to have a legitimate relationship with the patient, and must conduct a "full physical" before prescribing marijuana for "whatever ails them".
