Drunk Pilot Going to Prison

Six months in prison, six months of home detention, and two years of supervised release: that is the sentence for a 33 year-old United Express pilot who was arrested in December of 2009 after the plane's captain smelled alcohol on his breath. A breathalyzer revealed a BAC of .09. While .08 is the legal limit in all 50 states for driving, it is .04 for flying, as mandated by the FAA.
