Drunken Sex on the Beltway in Fairfax at 85 mph
Posted on Jul 12, 2011
A bizarre civil case came to a close in Fairfax County last month, a case involving allegations of sex while driving, drunk driving, and excessive speeding. The incident happened in May, 2010 when a car traveling 85 mph on the Inner Loop near Telegraph Road crashed into a minivan taxi being driven by the Plaintiff.
It is unclear who was driving the vehicle that caused the accident - the defendants have changed their stories, and were apparently too drunk to remember the details, yet they disputed most of the allegations. One of the defendants, who, just after the crash, admitted he was driving, was convicted of DUI, but in the civil case denied he was the driver.
The Washington Post article lists a sample of the allegations, posted below:
- Paragraph 10. “At the time of the collision, Defendant was going 85 miles per hour.”
- Paragraph 12. “At the time of the collision, Defendant was having sex with a female.”
- Paragraph13. “At the time of the collision, Defendant was driving admittedly drunk.”
- Paragraph 14. “At the time of the accident, Defendant was partially or totally in the backseat of the car.”
