A Tennessee man made his 10 year-old son drive his van, which was carrying two other children and a female friend. The boy reached speeds over 90mph, then crashed and flipped over. All five passengers were treated at a hospital.
The 43 year-old father was charged with DWI, reckless endangerment, and child abuse. His BAC was 0.26, over three times the legal limit. He told cops he had drunk 15 beers and some liquor. He also tested positive for cocaine. At the time of his arrest, he was wearing a t-shirt that said "Buy this Dad a Beer." The shirt is visible in his mug shot.
