DWI for Pantsless PI

Posted on Apr 11, 2010

A NY private investigator, who happened to be driving without pants, faces DWI charges after nearly crashing into another vehicle last Wednesday.  The driver of the vehicle he almost hit called police and followed the PI.  He pulled over and handed her his license and keys.  He told police he was headed to a drugstore to pick up medicine.  Police conducted field sobriety tests (he failed all but one), and the suspect told police he had taken an antihistamine.  He is scheduled to appear in court this week.
