DWI & Refusal Charges for Virginia Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney

A 32 year-old Prince William County Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney is facing some serious charges after being pulled over on I-66 near Route 29 on December 11, 2010.
The officer found an open beer can and prescription medication belonging to someone else. The driver refused field sobriety tests and a breathalyzer test. In addition to DWI and refusal, he was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, and having an open alcohol container.
