Hit & Run Charge for Heather Locklear

News reports claim Heather Locklear was charged with Hit & Run after allegedly crashing her black BMW into a "No Parking" sign near her home around 4 AM Saturday.  Someone heard the crash, but didn't notify authorities until that evening.  Police investigated and determined it was Locklear's vehicle that hit the sign.  

This most recent incident could be a violation of her probation for a 2008 reckless driving conviction.
