Incoming Police Chief Arrested for DWI Days before Swearing In

The incoming police chief in a Missouri town was arrested Thursday on suspicion of DWI.  He failed field sobriety tests and refused a blood alcohol test.  It is unclear whether he will be allowed to start his new job - his swearing in was scheduled for today.
