Jogger Killed by Tractor Trailer

A 51 year-old woman was killed earlier this month as she jogged in DC. She apparently crossed a street against the signal, and was wearing headphones. A tractor-trailer hit her, but the driver reportedly wasn't aware that he had struck anyone. He called police later when he saw his truck on the news. According to news reports, the truck driver will probably not face any charges.
