Liquor Commissioner Fired after DWI Arrest

New Hampshire's Liquor Commissioner, Richard Simard, was arrested Saturday after police stopped him for driving erratically.  He refused a Breathalyzer Test and was charged with DWI and Speeding.  Simard was fired Monday, and his Refusal to submit to the breath test was described as "unacceptable" by New Hampshire's Governor.  

Simard "was the head of the three-member agency that regulates the sale and distribution of alcohol in New Hampshire."
