Medical Marijuana on its Way to Washington, D.C.

On Tuesday, the D.C. Council approved medical marijuana use in the District.  Use is, of course, restricted to those with chronic and lasting conditions (HIV, some cancer, and glaucoma, for instance).  There are also rules regarding the number of dispensaries the City may have, as well as how many plants they may grow, and how much pot patients may get on a monthly basis.
