New Law Means 75% Increase in Ignition Interlock Devices Installations

Virginia passed a law last year requiring anyone convicted of a DUI to install an ignition interlock device in their vehicle, which prevents the car from starting if it detects too much alcohol in the user's system.  According to a press release, since the law went into effect, 75% more people have been required to install an ignition interlock device.
