NY Man's DWI Court Appearance Leads to Another DWI Charge

A 39 year-old New York man who appeared in Court Monday for a DWI charge was charged with another DWI after he left.  News reports say a court security officer noticed the man's apparent intoxication, and when he confronted the man, he fled in his vehicle.  Troopers stopped him later and arrested him.
