Reckless School Bus Driver Causes Second Fatal Accident in PA

Posted on Mar 20, 2010

A 38 year-old Pennsylvania man was charged this week in connection with a fatal February accident that occurred when the school bus he was driving (filled with students) crashed into another vehicle as the bus made a left turn without stopping first.  The passenger in that vehicle died, and the driver was injured.  The bus driver has been charged with homicide by vehicle and 46 counts of recklessly endangering another person.

The fact that this man was driving apparently so carelessly with a bus full of school children is disturbing enough, but this man also caused another fatal accident just over ten years ago when he failed to stop at a stop sign as he dialed a cell phone, crashing into another car and killing a toddler.
