Visiting a DC Inmate? Don't have an Outstanding Warrant!

The Washington, D.C. Department of Corrections will soon change the requirements for jail visitors.  Instead of merely providing an ID, they will be fingerprinted, and the prints will be checked against databases of outstanding arrest warrants.  If a match is made, the visitor shouldn't expect to leave the jail as planned.
