What will Happen now that I have a Charge of Virginia Code Section 46.2-862?

Virginia Code Section 46.2-862 is one of more than a dozen varieties of "Reckless Driving": 

This is an aggravated speeding statute, and penalties can include fines, license suspension, misdemeanor conviction, and for the worst cases (including speeds over 90 mph), the possibility of a jail sentence.

§ 46.2-862. Exceeding speed limit.
