Dear Mr. McGlone

Thank you and your staff for the work you have done for me by achieving the results that you have in settling my case.  You were highly recommended when I was seeking representation in this matter and I could not be happier with the outcome.  Hopefully I will not have to seek your services in a similar situation in the future, but if I do or I know of anyone who finds themselves in need of legal representation, I will definitely know where to go and who to refer others to.

Sincerely

G.D.    April, 2009
Dear Mr. McGlone,

Thank you so much for your work on this.  We truly appreciate your advice and
your actions on [our daughter's] behalf.  We will recommend to one and all, first,
that driving way too fast is a real bad idea, (especially, it seems in Fairfax
Co.) and, second, that should anyone we know get into a similar fix in
Fairfax, that they contact your office.

Sincerely,

R.R. and M.R.
Paul,

Thanks again - I was telling my boys you were like Perry Mason, Clarence Darrow and F. Lee Bailey all rolled into one. A combination of your defense arguments and me praying while you were presenting your case it worked out great.    Thanks for letting me have a good summer.

Bill, July, 2008

Paul,

Just a thank you for handling my case, the outcome was much better than I anticipated.

R.P., November, 2008

On a very real note Mr. McGlone, I do not believe you "Created a Miracle".

I do believe that you used all resources available to you, used them in expert and precise fashion, and that alone was great.  You're a skilled professional, and I was fortunate enough to benefit from having all aspects of this
professionalism manifest in my defense.

FAQ

DUI and DWI

I've been hearing a lot about a program called DADSS - what is it?

Can I beat a show cause summons due to a clerical error?

I was convicted of a second DUI and sentenced to 180 days of jail with 160 suspended, and the 20 days being mandatory.  I decided to pull my time on weekends, and when I registered for jail, the captain told me that I'd be pulling 10 days, because it was a misdemeanor it was explained to me that I'd be pulling day for a day.

I fulfilled my 10 days and have now been issued a show cause as to why i didn't pull the remaining 10.  After contacting the jail, i've found out that the court did not put MANDATORY on the order for the jail. Do i have a case for dismissal because of this error on the court's part?

I was recently convicted of a DUI in Virginia and received a restricted drivers license.  I have to show proof of FR44 insurance.  My current policy is within the limits of the FR44 guidelines. Can I bring my policy into the DMV and will that be sufficient, or does it have to come from my insurance carrier?  I really would hate to contact them if I do not have to, for the obvious reason of raised rates.
