How to Request Your North Carolina Driving Record

It is easy to obtain your North Carolina driving record.

You may request a copy of your North Carolina driving record online.  

You may also request it by mail.  Complete the NC Driving Record Request form and mail it with a check or money order for $11 (payable to NCDMV) to:
