Marijuana Not Criminal in Small Amounts in Massachusetts

Massachusetts voters in 2008 made possession of less than an ounce of marijuana a civil crime instead of a criminal one, leading the Supreme Court to rule last month in favor of a defendant who had been arrested on a drug charge after officers smelled marijuana coming from his car.  This video offers more information.
