RECENT CHANGES FROM THE COVID VIRUS HAVE TURNED OUR COURTHOUSE ON IT'S HEAD.   The Courts are reopening in July and August, but the court times are being carefully segmented and folks are only being let in a few at a time.   

All of our new laws in Virginia go into effect on July 1 each year, so we are only now getting to see how the Court will handle those changes as well.   This year, we have changes to the DUI laws, Refusal laws, Marijuana laws, and even the Reckless Driving laws.
