This video demonstrates how to use an ignition interlock device, which is now required for first-time DUI/DWI offenders in Virginia. Some of the devices even have cameras capable of taking a picture of the driver and passenger each time the test is taken to insure that the person who is required to take the test is the one who is taking it.
