Wisconsin May Toughen Drunk Driving Laws

Wisconsin legislators are expected to vote this week on 3 bills that would toughen the state's drunk driving laws.  One unlikely supporter is a man who said he has had four drunk driving arrests, and that he continued to drive because he knew the legal consequences would be relatively light.
