DUI Arrest for David Cassidy

David Cassidy was arrested for DUI early this month after troopers spotted him weaving in and out of traffic lanes and the shoulder.  They pulled him over, smelled alcohol on his breath, and conducted field sobriety tests, which Cassidy failed.  They later found an open bottle of bourbon in the car.  Cassidy's BAC was tested twice, and both times his BAC was well over the legal limit.

Cassidy says he was not drinking, but had taken a painkiller.  He also said he was very tired and has a problem with one of his eyes, which may have influenced his sobriety results.
