NTSB Recommends Lowering the BAC Limit to .05 or Lower

The National Transportation Safety Board recently issued recommendations for achieving their goal of elimintaing alcohol-impaired driving.  Amond those recommendations is lowering the BAC limit from .08 to .05 or lower.  NTSB Chairman Deborah A.P. Hersman discusses the recommendations in this video.
